Five small habits for a desk-bound neck
You do not need a new chair. You need to move more often, in small ways.

There is no perfect posture. The best posture is your next one. Necks get sore when they stay still for too long, whatever position they are in.
Set a reminder to stand every 45 minutes. Do five chin tucks when you do. Raise your screen so the top sits at eye level. Take calls standing up. Walk at lunch, even for ten minutes.
If headaches or stiffness keep coming back despite this, a few sessions of hands-on treatment and specific exercise usually break the cycle.
