N° 01 — What it feels like
Ache lying on your side · groin pain getting out of the car · stiffness putting on socks · pain after long walks
N° 02 — How we help
Hip pain has several common causes, so a careful assessment matters. Most people improve with targeted strength work, simple changes to how they sit and sleep, and hands-on treatment early on.
Numbness in the groin, new weakness or problems with bladder or bowel need urgent medical care. Call 111 or go to A&E rather than waiting for an appointment.
