N° 01 — What it feels like
Sharp or burning pain down the leg · pins and needles in the foot · worse when sitting or coughing · weakness in the calf or foot
N° 02 — How we help
We check the nerve carefully and rule out anything that needs a doctor. Treatment calms the nerve with positions and gentle movement, then gradually restores load so you can sit, walk and sleep without it.
Numbness in the groin, new weakness or problems with bladder or bowel need urgent medical care. Call 111 or go to A&E rather than waiting for an appointment.
