What makes Pilates ‘clinical’?
Same reformer, different starting point. Why our classes begin with an assessment.

Clinical Pilates is taught by physiotherapists, and it starts with an assessment rather than a class. That means every exercise has a reason tied to your body.
Groups are small, a maximum of five on the reformer, so each person gets the right progression. People move from one-to-one sessions into classes as they recover.
It suits back pain, hypermobility, pregnancy, and anyone returning to exercise after surgery or a long break.
